By accessing and using BetaFlox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

BetaFlox is a platform that connects Android developers with testers to fulfill the Google Play 12 testers for 14 days closed testing requirement. We provide the infrastructure for developers to distribute their apps to testers, and for testers to test those apps and provide feedback.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree out the following:

• Developers: Must provide functional applications that comply with Google Play Developer Policies.
• Testers: Must agree to test applications for the required duration and provide honest, constructive feedback as required by the developer.

4. Limitation of Liability

BetaFlox is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.
